Growing up in Portugal, Chef Tiago brings a soft blend of Mediterranean techniques and touches to his menus, elevating Southern Classics without compromising flavor. Guests can expect seasonal and local ingredients at Hull & Oak, with proteins coming from local farms like RC Ranch. For Chef Tiago, southern cuisine is all about comfort home food, with family gatherings as the ultimate inspiration. Chef Tiago was most recently with Houston’s Hotel Granduca and spent over 13 years with Four Seasons hotels from Portugal to Houston.
