For centuries, distillers have utilized charred oak barrels for aging spirits. At Hull and Oak, we take inspiration from them by aging a selection of cocktails in-house. As the barrels are refilled with new product for aging, the flavors from previous batches will enhance the flavors of the new liquid. The finished product results in the addition of nuanced flavors, complexity, and smoothness.
